Sometimes it feels like people who want to reenact the great (incredibly dangerous) events of history take it a little to seriously. These are real events and I can only hope they've looked at the past hundred years of recorded runs or so to know what mistakes to avoid. Bull Running. Are they crazy?
Bull running has been a part of Spain's history and has been greatly romanticized since Ernest Hemingway's "The Sun Also Rises". Traditionally it has been a way to see the bulls before the evening fights. It has also proved a good opportunity for people to prove their bravery or (idiotic) recklessness. The running of the bulls has been a time honored tradition and one of the many events nearly unchanged with the progress of the years. If you wish to experience this historic event well no longer be daunted by trying to get a passport! You can do so right here in the U.S.A. in these locations!
